1. Are ILIYAH® shoes true to size?

We recommend choosing your size based on your measured foot length rather than relying only on your usual shoe size. Use our Size & Fit Chart to find the closest match. If you’re between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a little extra room.

 

2. Are ILIYAH shoes suitable for wide feet?

ILIYAH features a roomier forefoot design that gives your toes more space than many narrow-fitting everyday shoes. For the best fit, we recommend measuring your foot and comparing the length with our Size & Fit Chart before ordering.

 

3. Are these shoes good for standing and walking all day?

ILIYAH shoes is designed for people who spend long hours on their feet. The cushioned midsole, supportive underfoot feel and roomier forefoot are intended to make extended periods of standing and walking more comfortable. Individual comfort and support needs may vary.

 

4. Are ILIYAH shoes slip-resistant?

ILIYAH features a textured outsole designed to provide reliable everyday traction on common indoor and outdoor surfaces, offering effective slip resistance. However, please exercise extra caution when walking on wet, oily, or exceptionally slippery surfaces.

 

5. Can I remove or replace the insoles?

Yes. The ILIYAH insole is removable, making it easier to replace with another compatible insole if you prefer a different underfoot feel or use your own inserts.

 

6. What if I order the wrong size?

Choosing shoes online can take a little trial and error. If your pair doesn’t fit as expected, contact our support team and we’ll guide you through the size-exchange process. Please see our Returns & Exchanges Policy for full eligibility and conditions.

 

7. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. U.S. delivery usually takes approximately 7-10 business days after dispatch. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
